SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international delivery services. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you.
LOST ORDERS
GETMONEY is not responsible if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we make a mistake , we will take full responsibility for the original order that was placed with you until no charge.

CUSTOM
We are not responsible for any customs fees after items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

DEADLINE
Shipping time is 2 to 5 days in Portugal and 7 to 15 business days for the rest of the world.
This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude customs delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email or message with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME".
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.


WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN A PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
